Imagine being physically and mentally disabled, you have no toilet at home and having your menstruation without sanitary towels. These are the plight of two girls among others who we met during our feeding program at Mosiru in Maasai land
We were able to reach to over 70 girls on home visits and another 60 girls at church. During the church distribution, old ladies were requesting if they could carry some towels for their daughter since the organization which used to support them with pads stopped five years ago.
It’s a hard one, we however donated six sets of sanitary towels with underwear’s to the two disabled girls that we visited because their case was so difficult and the packs came in handy. Their mothers were so glad that it has saved their old cloths with they used to tie to their daughters during their menstruation.
